TOMÁS MIRANDA , began working as an instrument repair technician in 1980 in the company CUSTÓDIO CARDOSO PEREIRA. In 1988 he led a Professional Training project for the REPAIR / RESTORATION of musical instruments as the head trainer and coordinator of the planning and construction of its installations. This project was begun in France (in the COUESNON factory in Chateaux-Thierry and in the ÉCOLE NATIONALE DES MÉTIERS DE LA MUSIQUE – Le Mans) where he frequently visited to take part in the coordination and development of its functional requirements aimed at implementing and improving the proposed objectives. His general knowledge of brass and wind instruments and the experience in a variety of specialist areas (ATELIER LOHRI, ATELIER VENTS-DU.MIDI, “STRAUBINGER” course with the technician Otto Hnatek, BUFFET CRAMPON, AMATI – Denak, YAMAHA) as well as attending the most prestigious MATERCLASSES, mean that the services he provides are of a high quality, guaranteed to leave the customer satisfied.
